The N2K Digital Surveillance Recorder (a.k.a DSR Server) can be delivered as rackmount (1U, 2U, 4U), desktop or pci card kit. The N2K SERVER is multi-tasking, v.3.0 supports hyper-threading and the recording has watermark and/or digital signature. The system can have a hardware Watchdog for emergency reboot.
ATM and POS transaction capture with visible or invisible video overlay; with transaction key word search and instant, remote and/or local, playback. Access Control and other integration, custom and OEM development is possible.

The N2K servers can be networked for building larger systems supporting 32, 64 and more cameras. Resolution can be QCIF, CIF, 4CIF or D1. The N2K kits are computer cards and software. Once installed they turn a PC into a powerful DIGITAL VIDEO SURVEILLANCE RECORDER with sophisticated remote access features. You can connect and use your existing surveillance cameras and CCTV equipment. If the computer is equipped with a modem and connected to a telephone line, you can do remote monitoring and/or setup the computer with the NOVEX product to dial you up at home (or another place) and send video and alarm information (while you are at that different location), if an alarm is received/triggered. Or if you prefer, you can also dial into the computer which has a NOVEX device/card installed from anywhere around the world, over a regular phone line or via Internet, and check for anything going on at that very moment. Remote monitoring can be from any laptop, notebook or desktop running Windows operating system, without any NOVEX hardware required on the remote Client side. The NOVEX PCI cards are designed to be installed in desktop computers. The days of expensive multiplexers, time-lapse recorders, alarm switchers and countless tapes are over!
