NOVEX 2000 Remote Module (CLIENT) Software package

The NOVEX 2000 set comes with a SERVER (DSR) and CLIENT (REMOTE MODULE or advanced REMOTE STATION) software. Here is an example on how your Windows desktop will appear, on your remote PC, if you run the more basic Client software: the NOVEX REMOTE MODULE software. The example shows the process of selecting to view only 2 cameras. You will be able to control unlimited number of PTZ cameras. You can change the size of the video window, its place, resolution, quality, refresh rate and optimize the connection's bandwidth. You could do REMOTE recording, REMOTE PLAYBACK, ALARM ALERT, ALARM DISPLAY, ALARM VIDEO CLIP LOOP, ALARM RELAY TO ALARM VANGUARD STATION and more.

The advanced REMOTE STATION is used for more complex operation of multiple N2K DSR Servers and support of two-way audio, more sphisticated monitoring and chat functions.



The REMOTE MODULE software runs on Windows98SE,ME,NT4.0, XP and Win2000 PRO. The current Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras that you can control remotely and locally via the NOVEX 2000 are from the most popular brands: Pelco, ULTRAK, Vicon, Kalatel, PHILIPS, Panasonic, Samsung, COP, Sensormatic/AD, BURLE, Canon, NOVEX SPEED DOME ... You can also monitor multiple N2K Servers and line up on your desktop any number of video windows - up to 32 video windows from one N2K Server. There is no limit to the flexibility and scalability that you have with the NOVEX systems. There is also a multi-level ALARM STATION application to handle alarm events and notify key personell around the world, providing instant access to live or recorded video and details about the alarms.


With the NOVEX 2000 REMOTE MODULE software you can remotely view, record and/or playback. You can also control PTZ cameras and receive alarm alerts too. Same features and more are supported by the other Client software - Remote Station, which you will receive as part of the standard NOVEX2000 set/system.





The DEMO you will have access to is just a webpage-webbrowser setup for easy access and will give an idea for the refresh rate, quality and general performance. You will not receive a full client software module.
